We proudly offer international shipping services which currently operate in 200+ countries worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
How we ship packages:
We ship our packages from our warehouses in China which shipped by EMS or ePacket depending on the weight and size of the package. Any packages shipped from the US warehouses will be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Yes we ship worldwide. We offer free shipping to 200+ countries. However, there are some places we can't ship to. If you're located in one of those countries we will contact you.
Once an items is shipped, it is possible that your country may impose additional duties on the product before releasing it to you. We are not responsible for these fees. Unfortunately, it is difficult to know how all countries operate, but we want to be completely transparent with our customers. By purchasing from us, you agree that your packages may be shipped to you and may be assessed customs fees when they arrive to your country. You also agree that you are responsible for these fees.

Yes, you'll receive an email notice once your order is shipped which will contain your tracking information. If you don't receive tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
Some shipping companies take 2-5 business days for the tracking info to update on their tracking system. If you place an order and more than 5 business days pass with the system providing no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, some items in the same order may be shipped in separate packages even if combined shipping is requested. This is because some of our products are located in different warehouses and possibly in different countries. Trying to get these packages into the same shipment is not possible.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders are allowed to be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel your order you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the warehouse packaging and shipping process has started, we can no longer cancel ir.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you need a refund you can request one no matter your reason within 15 days or receiving your package.
If you do not receive the product within the guaranteed timeframe ( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you may request a refund or a re-shipment.
If you receive an incorrect item, then you may request a refund or a re-shipment.
If you don't want the product that you received, then you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order didn't arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order didn't arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Cast Your Dice! (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different number of sides on your dice. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
