Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation requests

As long as an order hasn’t been shipped, it can be cancelled. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once our packaging and shipping process at the warehouse(s) has started, the order can no longer be stopped.


Your satisfaction is our top priority. You can request a refund or re-shipment for orders if:

  • you have not received your them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive an incorrect item.
  • you don’t want the product you received (but you must return it at your expense and it must be unused)

We do not issue refunds if:

  • your order doesn’t arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order doesn’t arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
